Lumma Disc Soft Touch is a reusable menstrual disc with a silicone string attached to its rim to make removal easier. It's the only reusable menstrual disc to offer 3 sizes: Short, Medium, and High.
Soft Touch is a matte (non-shiny surface) version of their original disc. The size and firmness is the same as Lumma Disc Original.

The Lumma Unique disc is a fully circular shaped product. Most users will find that the size HIGH, their largest size, will fit. If you’ve tried other menstrual discs before and found them to be too large, or if you have a low - low average cervix height, you will be better suited to the Lumma Size SHORT or MEDIUM.
