Who is the Saalt Disc Good For?

The Saalt Disc has two different size options to choose from to fit your needs. Select the small if your cervix is low, the size Regular fits those with an average cervix best. If you don't know your cervix height most people will find the size Regular to be a good fit. With a firm but flexible rim most users will find a Saalt Disc to be a comfortable wear experience. Some users may want to try a small Saalt Disc if they've experienced bladder pressure from larger size menstrual discs, regardless of cervix height.
