Always use the ‘Shallow Punchdown Fold’ with Hello Cups! Check out our video to show you how. Let your cup open fully when it is just inside you. To remove, squeeze the base to release any suction and bring the cup down gently. The number of times you empty your Hello Cup will depend on your flow. Sterilize your cup before you first use and again at the end of your cycle so it’s ready to go next time. Store it in a dry place out of direct sunlight. Important: This is a specialist cup for people with a high-sitting cervix only.

Our Small is our smallest cup. It’s the perfect choice for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon. 

Our Medium is our ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup. We recommend it for users under 35–regardless of whether they have had children or not.

Our Large (L for ‘Lovely’) is best for those over 35 who feel their pelvic floor is not what it used to be. It’s worth noting that we find physically fit people are often best suited to the Medium regardless of age in the Hello Cup line.
