The Saalt Cup is a reusable soft silicone cup worn internally like a tampon but collects—rather than absorbs—your period. This menstrual cup will stay in place by creating a seal between the cup and your vaginal wall. Once your cup is filled, you simply empty, rinse, and reinsert the cup for another 12 hours of protection.

Who is the Saalt good for?

Saalt cups are the perfect option if you're new to menstrual cups. Their sizing and length make it a good fit for most people, with the exception of those with a low cervix. Saalt Cups are "average firm" meaning that they open easily when you're a first-time cup user with minimal fuss and are easy to fold to insert. If you're prone to cramps or bladder issues you may want to consider their Saalt Soft, which is their slightly softer cup in the same size and shape. If you’re very petite you might consider their new Saalt Teen.
