The Merula XL menstrual cup is the highest capacity cup on the market boasting a 50ml capacity! Its rounded bottom provides more space for collecting versus similar sized cups with a tapered, bullet design.

It offers a 50 ml capacity, which is 12 ml more than the Merula Cup “one-size fits all” model and 20 ml more than most of “large” sizes of other menstrual cup brands.
The slight vacuum means the cup can be worn whatever the condition of the pelvic floor muscles. It has an adaptable, two-rung stem that can be shortened to ensure an individual, optimally comfortable length.
